The delivery timeframe for your order is divided into two stages:

Picking and Posting Timeframe:

After payment confirmation, your order will be processed and picked within 2 business days. It will then be posted via Correios (Brazilian postal service).

Transport Timeframe:

The transport timeframe varies based on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. You can calculate the delivery time directly on the Correios website using the tracking code we will email you after your order has been posted.

2. Shipping Methods:

Deco At Heart offers various shipping methods to suit your needs:

PAC: Economical shipping with an average delivery time of 5 to 10 business days.

SEDEX: Express shipping with an average delivery time of 1 to 3 business days.

3. Order Tracking:

After your order has been posted, you will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor the delivery status in real time on the Correios website.

4. Tips to Expedite Delivery:

  • Confirm your contact details: Ensure your delivery address is correct and complete.
  • Monitor confirmation emails: Verify that the shipping method and delivery timeframe meet your expectations.

5. Delivery Delay:

In case of delivery delay, you can:

6. Absence During Delivery:

If you are not present at the delivery location during the delivery attempt, Correios will make two more attempts on subsequent days. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the order will be returned to Deco At Heart.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders:

In case of order loss or damage during transit, Deco At Heart is responsible for resolving the issue and ensuring your satisfaction. Contact us through our customer service channel so we can review the situation and take appropriate actions.

8. Return Policy:

Deco At Heart guarantees the right to return the product within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt, at no additional cost, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use or tampering.
  • The product must be accompanied by all accessories and items included with the original product.
  • The product must not have been used, washed, or repaired.
  • The product must have the purchase invoice or receipt.

9. Refund Policy:

The refund of the amount paid for the product will be processed as follows:

  • Credit Card: The refund will be made directly to the credit card used for the purchase, within 7 (seven) business days after approval of the return.
  • Bank Slip: The refund will be made via bank transfer, within 7 (seven) business days after approval of the return.
